I’m disappointed with this cover. After just a few rides, it was already starting to show wear, and now it looks way more beat up than it should. For what it costs, I really expected it to hold up a lot longer. What’s even more frustrating is that the return/warranty policy seems full of little loopholes, so once it starts wearing down, you’re basically stuck with it. I wouldn’t buy it again

I was looking into Bisaddle and honestly... the return policy kinda stopped me in my tracks. For something like a bike seat, you really need to try it out to know if it works for you, so the whole process felt way too strict.
At that price, I expected returns to be a lot simpler and less stressful. It made me hesitate about trusting the purchase at all, so... yeah, I ended up feeling like it’s a 1-star experience for me.

I really wanted to like it, especially for what it cost, but the break-in period wore me down. I rode it for weeks thinking it would finally start feeling better, and it just kept feeling awful. At a certain point I was more annoyed than hopeful, so I gave up and swapped back to what I was using before.

i mean, I really wanted the bisaddle to work for my tri bike, but it just wasn’t for me. I used it for two sprint triathlons and a bunch of trainer rides, and I could never get comfortable in aero. I kept dealing with pressure and some rubbing, and trying to dial in the adjustments felt like it took forever. I’m sure it works great for some people, but I ended up switching back to my old saddle

I tried it on a few road rides, but I just couldn’t get comfortable with it. It felt kind of bulky, and I kept adjusting the setup hoping it would feel better, but I still ended up sore. Something about it just didn’t work for me, so I wouldn’t buy it again.

I do like that there are a few width choices because that definitely helped me get closer to what I needed. That said, it took more tweaking than I expected, and it felt a bit fiddly to finally make it work properly. Also, some of the policies around returns or adjustments feel like they leave just enough loopholes that the customer ends up stuck figuring things out. Not terrible overall, but not as smooth as it could be.

I couldn’t seem to get it adjusted the way I needed, no matter how much I messed with it. Maybe I was missing something, but after a while I just got frustrated and gave up.

When I first set it up, everything looked good and it did what I needed it to do. But once I started actually using it, I noticed the rails flex a bit more than I expected. It’s not a dealbreaker, and overall it’s okay, but I do wish the rails felt a little stronger and more solid

I tried to get the fit dialed in, but it just never felt quite right. When I brought it up, I kind of felt like my concerns were brushed off, which made the whole experience more frustrating than it needed to be.

I ordered this thinking it would show up quickly, but the shipping took way longer than expected. The updates were barely helpful, so I was mostly just guessing when it would actually arrive. I’ll give them credit, the item did eventually make it to me, which is always a nice surprise these days, but the wait was really frustrating

I used this saddle for a few weeks hoping it would help with my riding position, but it never felt quite right. I kept having to shift around to get comfortable, which gets old fast on longer rides. Maybe it works better for someone else, but for me it just felt awkward and wasn’t worth keeping

so I’ve been using this saddle for a bit, and it’s definitely comfortable enough. I like the concept behind it, but for the price, I expected it to feel a little more dialed in. It took some adjusting, and even now it’s still not quite perfect for me. Overall it’s not bad, I’m just not totally convinced the value is fully there.

I expected this saddle to be a lot easier to put on. The instructions could’ve been much clearer, because I kept second-guessing myself and having to pause to look up videos just to figure out which part was supposed to go where.
It might be fine once it’s finally installed, but getting to that point was frustrating. It took way longer than I thought it would, and I really wish the setup steps had been laid out better

The saddle itself seems decent, and it did end up fitting my bike, but figuring that out was kind of a pain. I felt like I was getting passed around a bit trying to make sense of what would actually work, and it wasn’t super clear at first. Once I messed with the rails and adjusted the angle a few times, I finally got it set up. Overall it’s okay, just not as straightforward as I hoped

I bought this thinking the angle adjustment would make things more comfortable, but it just turned into a hassle. I’d tweak the seat a tiny bit, go for a ride, think maybe it was fixed, and then next time it felt off again. Like, not terrible in some obvious way, just never quite sitting right.
Maybe if you’re the kind of person who enjoys messing with setup stuff all the time, it’s fine. I’m not really that person. I just wanted to get on the bike and ride, not keep loosening bolts and guessing angles, so I ended up putting my old saddle back on

i really wanted to like this saddle, but it just didn’t hold up the way i hoped. after only a few rides, i was already noticing scuffs, and the cover started looking kind of cheap. for what it costs, i expected it to last a lot better. maybe other people have had better luck with it, but mine didn’t feel durable at all.

I was hoping this would work better since so many people seemed to have good luck with it, but it didn’t do much for me. I still ended up chafing badly, so compared to what others were saying, my experience was a letdown.

The numbness is better now. Not gone, but less. The saddle still feels kind of odd though. Took me forever to get it adjusted right. not sure I’d buy it again.
